摘　　要：在稿件退修 (或来稿 )时要求作者提供文后参考文献原文首页 (期刊 )或版权页 (书籍 )的复印件 ,这些复印件可作为文后参考文献真实、无错漏的核对依据。介绍这一举措的具体做法 ,并指出存在的问题。认为它应完善并加以推广。The first page copy (sci tech periodicals) or the copyright page copy (books) of references must be offered with revised manuscripts by authors. According to these copies, editors can check the truthfulness and correctness of the references. In this paper, how to do it is introduced, the experiences are summarized, and the defects are pointed out. It is proved that the advantages are more obvious than the shortcomings by taking this measure. This measure should be further perfected and spread.
