硫磷酸酯磷酸复酯牛二胺盐和亚磷酸酯牛二胺盐的研制与应用

摘　　要：研究以牛二胺为胺化剂,生产硫磷酸酯磷酸复酯牛二胺盐和亚磷酸酯牛二胺盐的工艺过程。结果证明:用牛二胺生产的硫磷酸酯磷酸复酯牛二胺盐和亚磷酸酯牛二胺盐,具有有效组分高、极压抗磨性能好的特点。以硫磷酸酯磷酸复酯牛二胺盐和亚磷酸酯牛二胺盐与含硫组分T32l为主剂,调制齿轮油复剂,其性能优于Hitec 343,说明用牛二胺取代叔烷基伯胺可行。The technics process of producing the sulfuric-phosphoric diester N-Tallow-1,3-diaminopropane salt and phosphite ester N-Tallow-1,3-diaminopropane salt with N-Tallow-1,3-diaminopropane as the aminating agent is discussed.The results indicate that these products have the characteristics of more effective constituent and better EP & AW properties.The gear oils additive package can be prepared by using the sulfuric-phosphoric diester N-Tallow-1,3-diaminopropane salt,phosphite ester N-Tallow-1,3-diaminopropane salt and T321 as main agents,with superior properties to Hitec-343,indicating that it is feasible to use the N-Tallow-1,3-diaminopropane instead of Primene 81.
