摘  要:目的 了解医院临床主要病原菌及其耐药性变迁 ,指导临床合理使用抗菌药物。方法 对临床分离的 4 4 32株病原菌及其药敏试验结果进行回顾性分析。结果  4 4 32株病原菌中 ,G-菌占 4 8 2 6 % ,G+ 菌占 37 6 6 % ,真菌占11 6 9% ;依次为 :金黄色葡萄球菌 (17 15 % )、大肠埃希菌 (12 79% )、铜绿假单胞菌 (12 77% )、真菌 (11 6 9% )、肠球菌属 (7 2 9% )、表皮葡萄球菌 (6 6 8% )、克雷伯菌属 (4 99% ) ;大多数病原菌耐药率高 ,但G+ 菌对万古霉素和亚胺培南 /西司他丁较敏感 ,G-菌对亚胺培南 /西司他丁、头孢吡肟、阿米卡星敏感性高。结论 近年 ,病原菌仍以G-菌为主 ,但G+ 菌逐年上升 ,尤其是表皮葡萄球菌及真菌感染日趋增多 。OBJECTIVE To investigate the antibiotic resistance trend of clinical isolates from Nanfang hospital for the guidance of rational use of antibiotics. METHODS Retrospective analysis of the results of 4 432 strains and antimicrobial susceptibility were performed. RESULTS Of 4432 clinical isolates, Gram negative organisms accounted for 48.26%,Gram positive ones 37.66%, Candida 11.69%;the most common pathogens were Staphylococcus aureus (17.15%), Escherichia coli (12.79%), Pseudomonas aeruginosa (12.77%), Candida (11.69%), Enterococcus (7.29%), S.epidermidis (6.68%) and Klebsiella (4.99%). Most strains were multi-drug resistant, However, Gram positive strains were susceptible to vancomycin and imipenem/cilastatin sodium(MSD). Gram negative strains were susceptible to MSD, cefepime and amikacin. CONCLUSIONS Gram negative organisms were the major pathogens in all the strains, but Gram positive ones species is increasing, especially S.epidermidis and Candida albicans and the antibiotic-resistance of them also increase markedly.
