摘 要:合成了新试剂2-(2-喹啉偶氮)-4-甲基-1,3-苯二酚(QAMDHB),并研究了试剂与铜的显色反应,在pH2.2磷酸-磷酸二氢钾缓冲介质中,溴化十六烷基三甲基胺(CTMAB)存在下,QAMDHB与铜反应生成2:1稳定络合物,该络合物可被Waters Porapak^(?)Sep-Park-C_(18)固相萃取小柱萃取,用乙醇洗脱后用光度法测定,在乙醇相中λ_(max)=550nm,ε=3.92×10~4L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1)。铜含量在0~1.0μg·ml^(-1)范围内符合比耳定律,方法用于环境水样中铜含量的测定,结果满意。Synthesis of the new color-reagent QAMR was described and its molecular structure was qualified by IR-spectrometry. It was found that in a phosphate buffer solution of pH 2.2, and in the presence of CTMAB, QAMR reacts with Cu^(2+) to form a stable red colored complex with its mole ratio of R:Cu= 2:1. The QAMR-Cu^(2+) complex was extracted by the waters porapak Sep. -Park-C_(18) small column and then eluted with ethyl alcohol, in which the absorption maxima was found at 550nm, and the molar absorptivity was (ε_(550)) 3.92×10~4L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1). Beer's law was obeyed in the range of 0~1.0μg·ml^(-1) of Cu(Ⅱ). In the application of this method to the determination of copper in some water samples, RSD's found were less than 3.5% (n=5), and recoveries were in the range of 94%~106%.
