摘　　要：中原油田采油一厂管理着文中、文东两大油田,近几年在面对新区投入不足、老油田含水高、采出程度高、井况损坏严重和稳产基础变差等诸多不利情况下,通过切实转变观念,更新思路,加强油藏管理活动,加大油田综合调整治理力度,使油藏开发效果得到了改善,稳产基础进一步增强。The No. 1 Oil Recovery Plant of Zhongyuan oilfield runs Wenzhong and Wendong oilfield. In recent years, many unfavorable factors have come forth, such as lack of new producing area, high water cut in old field, high recovery percent of reserves, serious well failure, and worse getting trend of stable production. Reservoir management has been enhanced, and the scale and momentum of oilfield comprehensive adjustment and control have been increased through changing of mind and renewal of thought, thus improved the development effectiveness of reservoir and enhanced the basis of stable production.
