摘　　要：面对老油田含水上升,产量递减加快,油田稳产举步维艰的局面,各生产单位都不同程度地加大了进攻性措施的工作力度。措施投入逐年增加,经济效益逐渐变差。无效投入的递增,已经成为影响油田经济效益的一个重要因素。以技术经济学的投入产出理论为基础,立足生产实际,建立了各项增产措施的有效投入标准,对影响措施投入效果的因素进行认真分析,并在辽河油区LB油田的投资分析决策中应用,初步探索了措施投资与生产管理的最佳组合,为采油单位合理优选油井措施,科学利用有限资金,提供了行之有效的技术途径。For the situation of increasing water cut, decreasing oil production, and difficulty of stabilizing production, greater efforts have been done to increase the scale and momentum of stimulation measures. The measure input has been increasing year by year, but the economic benefit getting worse gradually. The increasing of invalid input has been an important restraint to oilfield economic benefit. According to the input - output theory and production practice, criteria of effective input of each stimulation measures have been established. Factors affecting the effectiveness of stimulation measures have been analyzed. This has been used in investment analysis of LB oil field in Liaohe oil province. Optimum combination of investment and production management is studied, thus providing an effective way of optimizing stimulation measures and scientifically making use of limited funds.
