集成运放直流参数测试系统的优化设计与实践

摘　　要：根据在原单位设计、试制的模拟集成电路测试仪的硬、软件资源,全面概述运算放大器直流参数自动测试原理和实现系统优化设计,并详细分析了在实现运放直流参数测试时所采用的优化方法。此专题可作为电子信息工程专业学生毕业设计课题。According to the hardware and software resources of analog IC tester, the author designed and developed the former department. This paper summarizes the principle of auto- testing the operational amplifier s DC param-eters.and introduces the optimum design of the test system.The optimum methods adopted in testing the opera -tional amplifier s DC parameters are analyzed in details. It can also be served as graduate design project to universi-ty students' of the electronic and information subject.
