摘  要:用含不同浓度SO_2(40—160ppb)的空气熏气处理过的油菜饲养桃蚜(Myzus persicae),研究SO_2污染对这种蚜虫实验种群生长的影响。结果表明,与对照组相比,40和80ppb SO_2处理组桃蚜的种群增长指数分别提高39.2%和91.%,净繁殖率(R_ō)增加35.5%和83.9%,内禀增长力(r_m)分别升高11.9%和10.5%。使用的SO_2浓度更高时,桃蚜实验种群的这些参数逐渐降低。还比较了在不同浓度SO_2污染条件下,桃蚜实验种群的其它重要参数。This papar deals with performances of laboratory populations of green peach aphid,Myzus persicae(S>ulzer),living on the rape leaves fumigated with SO2 doses ranging from 40 ppb to 160 ppb. The trend indexes of population, the net reproduction rates(R0), and the innate capacities for increase(rm), of the aphids fed on the rape leaves exposed to SO2 concentrations of 40 ppb and 80 ppb increased by 39.2,%, 91.0%; 35.5%, 83.9% and 11.9%, 10.5%, res- pectively, compared to those of the insects on the control leaves fumigated with charcoal-filtered air. At the higher levels of SO2 these parameters gradually declined. Other useful parameters of the experimental populations of the aphids are also presented at the levels of SO2 tested.
