摘  要:研究在TIG焊焊接SiCp/101铝基复合材料时,填加铝镁和铝硅焊丝对接头组织性能的影响。结果表明,填加焊丝抑制了熔池中的界面反应,改善了熔池的流动性,但接头中缺乏增强相,焊缝与母材成分相差很大,降低了接头的机械性能。填加铝硅焊丝优于填加铝镁焊丝。The effect of Al-Mg and Al-Si filler on microstructure and properties of TIG welding joint of SiCp/101 aluminum matrix composite is investigated. The results show that the interfacial reaction in molten pool is restrained and the fluidity of molten pool is improved. Whereas the joints are lack of reinforcement, and the composition of welding joint is different from those of parent materials and the general properties of joint are reduced. The properties of welding joint with Al-Si filler are better than that with Al-Mg filler.
