摘  要:研究锌铅混合精矿加压浸出过程。结果表明,在100℃、0.6MPa氧分压下加压浸出,锌浸出率达95%,原料中的铁闪锌矿、黄铜矿、硫镉矿、磁黄铁矿和砷黄铁矿在此条件下属于易浸矿物,而黄铁矿、砷黝铜矿和银黝铜矿属于难浸矿物,方铅矿表面形成一层硫酸铅和铅铁矾阻碍其氧化。生成的元素硫在100℃时为疏松的硫膜,150℃时在添加剂作用下聚集成硫珠。The pressure acid leaching process of bulk concentrate of zinc and lead is investigated. The results indicate that the leaching rate of zinc is up to 95% under the condition of 100℃, 0.6MPa O2 partial pressure. The mar-matite, chalcopyrite, greenockite, pyrrhotite and arsenopyrite in the concentrate are easily leaching minerals, but the pyrite, tennantite and freibergite are difficult to leach, the galena is hard to oxidized because the prevention of the layer of lead sulfate and plumbojarosite formed on its surface. The sulfur as the leaching product is in the form of a loose layer on the surface of the remnant sulfide under the 100℃, but in the form of the free sphere by the affection of additive at 150℃.
