摘  要:以苝四甲酸酐(PTCA)为原料,通过在反应过程中加入添加物简单的两步法,合成了N,N’-二甲基花-3,4,910-四羧酸二亚胺(颜料红179,DMP)。不通过任何颜料化方法,直接生产出黄相透明的用于闪光金属漆的颜料。反应的最佳条件为:PTCA:甲胺=1:4,pH=5.2-5.5,PTCA与甲胺成盐温度为8℃~10℃,亚胺化温度为140℃~145℃,反应压力为0.45~0.5MPa,反应时间为5小时。讨论了反应条件对产品收率、透明性、色光的影响。C.I.Pigment Red 179 was synthesized from 3,4, 9, 10-perylenetetracarboxylic dianhydride (PTCA) by a simple two-step method in which additives were introduced during the reaction process. A transparent yellowish red pigment, used for flash metal paint, was directly produced without additional processing. The transparent red pigment with yellowish shade directly produced is used as a flash metal paint. Optimum reaction conditions were: PTCA:methylamine=1: 4, pH=5.2~5.5, temperature 8℃~10℃ during salting of PTCA with methylamine, imidation temperature 140℃~145℃, reaction pressure 0.45Mp^0.5Mp, reaction time 5 hours. Furthermore, the effect of reaction conditions on yield, transparency and hue of the product were discussed.
