摘 要:研究多原子晶体中纯二维电子与表面光学声子的相互作用性质,采用线性组合算符和幺正变换方法计算了多原子晶体中纯二维弱耦合极化子的基态能量、第一内部激发态能量和激发能量.结果表明:多原子晶体中纯二维极化子的基态能量、第一内部激发态能量和激发能量表示为耦合常数αsi的幂级数,不仅包括不同支SO声子与电子耦合的能量,还包括不同支SO声子间相互作用贡献的附加能量.In this paper,the properties of the interaction between pure 2-D electron and surface optical phonons in a polyatomic crystals are studied.The ground state energy and the first internal excited state energy and the excitation energy of the pure 2-D weak coupling polaron in a polyatomic crystals were calculated by using linear combination operator and unitary transformation methods.The results show that the ground state energy,the first internal excited state energy and the excitation energy of the pure 2-D polaron in a polyatomic crystals may be written as a series of αsi the coupling constant and not only includes the coupling contribution between electron and the different SO phonon branches,but also exists and extra contribution due to interaction terms between the different SO phonon branches.
