蒙西医结合治疗冠心病心绞痛132例疗效观察

摘　　要：为提高冠心病、心绞痛疗效,对132例冠心病心绞病患者采用内服心痛定、消心痛的基础上加用蒙药五味清浊散、清心红花七味散、十七味沉香散、绍沙-3味汤与对照组内服心痛定、消心痛组106例对照观察.结果表明,治疗组对心绞痛及心电图疗效均优于对照组(P<0.05).结论:蒙西医结合治疗为一可行的有效疗法.To improve the curative effect on treatment of coronary disease and coronarism,the author adopts such therapy to cure 132 case of patient with caronarism:in addition to taking isosorbide and nifepine,patients also take five kinds of Mongolian Medicine.Then compare and observes this kind of therapy with the therapy to 106 cases of patients taking the isosorbide and nifeping only.The result is:the curative effect of the latter group of patients are more better than the former group (P<0.05).So the treatment of combination of Mongolian medicine and western medicine is an effective therapy.
