摘　　要：本文提出一种新的观点，承认光的真空色散现象，认为光速不等同于极限速度，并能在理论上与狭义相对论取得一致，但对光速不变原理提出小的修正。 The new idea is suggested in this article． It recognizes the phenomenon of photic vacuum dispersion and thinks that the light speed is different from the ultimate speed but it can reach completely identity with the special relativity on the theories． It puts forward small amendments to the principle of absoluteness of the light speed．
