摘　　要：本文介绍一种简便快捷提纯猪生长激素的方法。通过杂交瘤技术,首次获得抗猪生长激素的单克隆抗体,并讨论和比较从腹水纯化单克隆抗体的各种方法。The porcine growth hormone of high purity was extracted and purified with goodyield from pituitaries by simple, rapid method without high speed centri-fugation.This hormone was used to immunize Balb/c mices and the monoclonal antibodies against porcine growth hormone was obtained for the first time by the technique of hybridoma.Various methods to isolate and purify the monocional antibody from ascites fluid, such as ammonium sulfate precipitation and chromatography with hydroxylapatite, CM-affi-gel-blue, DEAE-cellulose, protein A agarose and antigen affinity immunology, were compared and discussed.
