摘  要:采用不同运动状态的动物观察下丘脑单胺类递质对性腺轴功能的作用,结果显示:力竭性运动使单胺类递质大量释放,促性腺激素释放激素、雌激素分泌也增加,而运动至动情周期抑制的动物,安静状态单胺类递质含量下降,雌激素分泌减少,并且其在力竭性运动时,单败类递质释放、促性腺激素释放激素、雌撤素分泌也显著低于一次力竭性运动的动物,提示力竭性训练导致的下丘脑单胶类递质更新率及释放的改变是下丘脑垂体-性腺功能紊乱的原因之一。In this study in order to find out the mechanism of menstrual dysfunction, rats were used as subjects to explore the impact of hypothalamus monoamines on hypothalamus-pituitary- ovarian axis with various exercise models. results showed that: 1. Strenuous training results in a series of changes monoamine which leads to diet decrease, weight loss and estrus dysfunction. 2. Acute exhaustive exercise resulted in changes of the turnover and release on hypothalamic monoamine which in turn enhanced the release of hypothalamic GnRH and the level of serum estradiol. However, for the chronic exhaustive exercise rats trained till constant diestrus, their release of monoamine such as NA and AD etc. increased after one more exhaustive swimming, But GnRH showed no changes, indicating that the neuroendocrine system of the rats after chronic exhaustive training was less sensitive to acute exhaustive exercise and their release of hypothalamic GnRH decreased.
