健康人和感染患者抗绿脓杆菌内毒素蛋白(EP)抗体水平的测定分析

摘　　要：用微量间接血凝法检测了健康人和绿脓杆菌感染患者血清抗EP抗体.健康人共检测154人.基础抗体水平绝大部分在1:8以下(占85.05%)EP—HA GMT为1:7.3.无性别差异(x^2=3.04、P>0.05).绿脓杆菌感染患者检测38例,免疫前GMT高于健康人1.43倍,免疫后较免疫前GMT提高4倍.绿脓杆菌EP是绿脓杆菌共同抗原,检查人抗EP抗体水平对诊断、防治绿脓杆菌感染具有重要临床意义.Antibody level of serum against Ep of healthy person and Patients infected Pseudomonas aeruginosa was analysed by a micro-passive hemag-glutination reaction in the artical Total healthy person 154 including 99 male and 55 female has been assayed Most part of basic antibody level is below 1:8 and 85.05% EP-HA GMT is 1:7.3 But it is not different between male and female (x2=3.04 P>0.05) a 37 Pseudomonas aeruginosa infected patients was assayed GMT is higher 1.43 fold (9.96/7.3) than healthy person before immunity and it is higher 4 fold (41.31/9.96) After immunity than before that The EP of pseadomonas aeruginosa is a common antigen of pseudomomas aeruginoa So to assay antibopy level of person serum against EP is very important for clinical diagnosis treatmant of infection of Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
