摘　　要：公安院校图书馆自动化网络化建设是一项系统工程，在其建设过程中，应结合具体情况，找出符合自身特点的东西，这就是公安特色和本校特色，即两网合一(校园网与图书馆网同步建设)。在图书馆自动化网络化建设过程中，应该把前期准备工作做细做好，并保证建设具有超前性。During the process of the construction of the library automatization and networking, which is a systematic project, we should pay attention to our own characteristics based on our practical situation. This is what the essay expounds: with the characteristics of the police and the academy, that is the combination of the two nets (construction of campus net and library net at the same time). We also should do a detailed work in the earlier stage to ensure the concrete precedence of the construction in the process of the library automatization and networking construction.
