摘　　要：本文从测量仪器的原理和使用方法方面介绍静电值、半值时间的测量方法和所采取的技术路线 ,对感应式静电仪进行了较为深入的探讨。This paper discussed the measurement of the electrostatic value and half time as well as the used technical route by introducing the principle and the usage of the instrument. The reactive electrostatic instrument was discussed in a more detailed way in this paper too.
