摘 要:本文报告7例正常人尸体腰椎在后部结构切除后屈伸活动瞬时旋转中心(ICR) 以及ICR的坐标(X,Y)和与原点间的距离。发现以X值改变最为明显,各节段细间相差均非常显著(P<0.01),结果表明,当后部结构切除后ICR向前方移动,并提示ICR的测定可能有助于后部结构切除手术后腰椎稳定程度的判定。Changes of the instantaneous center of rotation (ICR) of seven cadaveric spines in flexion-extension motion after resection of the posterior element were reported, and the. coordinates (X, Y) and the distance to the origin of ICR were measured. It was found that the X value varied most obviously and the differences between the groups were highly significant (P<0.01). The results indieat ed that ICR drift anteriorly after resection of the posterior elements. It was concluded that the measurement of ICR migbt be of assistance to the determination of the deqree of stability of the lumbar spine after posterior decompression surgery.
