摘　　要：现代B超仪中都装有专用的微机系统。本文从功能上对B超仪中的专用微机系统作了分析,它们不外乎有这样几个方面:仪器面板控制的管理,B超仪与外部设备之间的通讯管理,B超仪各部件工作状态的控制,完成字符的编辑与显示,进行距离、周长和面积的测量及某些参数的计算等。 文章还结合作者的科研工作经验,介绍了超声图象的图形测量原理和方法,包括对B型图象的距离、周长和面积三种基本测量以及对M型图象的距离、时间和速度进行测量。There is a specific microcomputer in modern ultrasonic scanner. In this paper, the function of this specific microcomputer system of ultrasonic scanner has been analysed. They may have the following aspects-managing the instrument panel control, the communication between the ultrasonic scanner and peripheral equipment; controlling the operational state of several parts in the ultrasonic scanner, the editing and displaying of the characters; measuring the distance, the circumference and the area; calculating some parameters, and so on.In this paper, the principle and method of the graphical measurement of the ultrasonic image is also described.
