壬苯醇醚栓剂避孕效果分析

摘　　要：364例育龄妇女用壬苯醇醚栓剂阴道避孕,第一年用药139例,第二年122例,第三年103例。按生命表统计法,每100妇女粗累积失败率分别为6.1,1.8与0.4,两年连续失败率为8.2,按医嘱正确使用失败率,分别为1.8,1.2,0,两年连续按医嘱使用失败率3.2。每100妇女粗累积续用率第一年71,第二年87.8,第三年为98,两年连续为61。实验室数据证明此剂安全,临床上适用于育龄妇女各阶段的避孕,尤其是新婚、哺乳期与更年期,为一种安全、有效、简便的避孕方法。The nonoxynol-9 suppositories were used vaginally by 364 healthy fertile women forbirth control.There were 139 cases in the first year,122 cases in the second year and 103cases in the third. The gross cumulative twelve month life table pregnancy rate was6.1/100 women, 1.8/100 women and 0.4/100 women resrectively, and the cumulative 24month pregnancy rate was 8.2/100 women. The method pregnancy rate was 1.8/100 wo-men, 1.2/100 women and 0 respectively, and the cumultive 24 month pregnancy rate was3.2/100 women. The gross cumulative continuation rate rer 100 women was 71 in thefirst year, 87'.8 in the second and 98 in the third and the continuation 24 monthcumulative rate was 61. The suppository is safe as proved by laboratory examination. Cli-nically, it is suitable for contraception in all fertile women, esl^ecially newly marrid, meno-pause or breast-feeding women. The nonoxynol-9 suppository is, therefore,, a safe, ,simpleand effective contraceptive means.
