摘 要:在改良高钾Krebs氏溶液中,晚孕组大鼠子宫的异丙肾上腺素IC_(50)明显大于早孕组和中孕组;晚孕组量效关系的回归直线截距明显小于早孕和中孕组。二者表明晚孕期子宫β受体效应弱于早、中孕期。用放射配体结合技术测得晚孕期子宫β受体含量和亲和力低于早孕期和中孕期;荧光法测定表明晚孕期子宫去甲肾上腺素含量减少。作者认为晚孕期子宫β受体效应减弱的原因,主要是由于子宫β受体含量和亲和力的降低,以及支配子宫的肾上腺素能纤维的递质减少。In modified K-Krebs' solution, the IC_(50) of isoprenaline acting on late pregnant rat uterus is significantly greater than the IC_(50) of that acting on early and middle pregnant rat uterus. The intercept of linear regression of dose-response relation of isoprenaline acting on late pregnant rat uterus is shorter than that of isoprenaline acting on early and middle pregnant rat uterus. The results show that the responses of β-adrenoceptor in early and middle pregnant rat uterus are strong, and that the response in late pregnant rat uterus is obviously weak. Utilizing radioligand binding technique, the contents and affinity of β-adrenoceptor were found decreased in late pregnant rat uterus. By the method of fluorophotometry, the contents of noradrenaline in late pregnant rat uterus were found less than that in the early and middle pregnant stages. It is concluded that the main factors for the weak response of β-adrenoceptor are the decreases in the contents and the affinity of β-adrenoceptor, and that the decreases in adrenergic fibres and its transmitters may also play a role in it.
