摘　　要：本文报告了水凝胶HFMC的生物相容性评价结果。大量的体内、外试验表明该材料是安全、无毒的。Ames试验及小鼠骨髓微核检测结果表明HFMC无致突变作用。HFMC注入输精管凝聚和沉积贴附于输精管内,不堵塞和可复通,对输精管壁无明显损伤。因此,水凝胶HFMC是一种新型的、不堵塞和可复通的男性避孕材料。This paper reports the result of biomaterial compatibility evaluation of hydrogel HFMC. Observations on biomaterial compatibility show that HFMC is safe in vivo and vi tro, HFMC in the Ames test stains couldn't induce gene mutations. Micronucleus rate of polychromatic erythrocyte in bone marrow of NIH mice shows that it have not elevates. Its solution when injected into vas deferens could be precipitated and adhere to vas deferens for a prolonged period non-occlusively and reversibly. Observation of vas deferens with micrograph and electron micrograph showed that HFMC couldn't induce vas deferens damages. Thus, this material is a new, nonsurgical, non-occlusive and reversible male contraceptive material.
