输精管吻合家兔不育原因的研究——Ⅰ.血清抗精子抗体分析

摘　　要：本实验证明,输精管吻合术后不育组(VIG)血清抗精子抗体阳性检出率和效价与输精管吻合育组(VFG)比较无差异(p>0.05);VIG的精子密度显著地低于VFG(p<0.01)和假手术组(SOG)p<0.001;精子膜ADA活力,VIG明显地低于SOG(p<0.01),VFG与SOG比较无差异(p>0,05);精子膜ADA活力与精子密度呈显著的负相关(r=-0.60,p<0.01);睾丸ACE活力与精子密度呈正相关(r=0.59,p<0.01),而与ADA活力呈有意义的负相关(r=-0.52,p<0.02)。因此,吻合术后不育与血清抗精子抗体效价无直接关系,而与精子密度降低、功能障碍有关。A bilateral vasovasostomy was performed on 14 male rabbits which were r eceived a vasectomy 12 months before. After 3 months, the rabbits were mated with female rabbits in a period of two months in order to observe the restoration of fertility. They were divided into Vasovasostomy Fertility Group (VFG) and Vasovasostomy Infertility Group (VIG), each with 7 rabbits, according to their fertility. Eight rabbits which received a vasectomy only were designated as vasectomy group (VG), and 9 as Sham-Operation Group (SOG). The results showed (1) there was no difference in the titre of antisperm antibodies between VIG,and VFG, (2) the value of sperm density in VIG was markedly lower than that of VFG (p<0.01), and significantly lower than that in SOG (p<0.001), (3) adenosine deaminase (ADA) activity of sperm membrane in VIG was markedly lower than that of SOG (p<0.01), but there was no difference in ADA activity between VFG and SOG, (4) ADA activity was negatively correlated with sperm density(r = -0.60, p<0.01), and(5) the angiotensin Ⅰ converting enzyme (ACE) activity was obviously positively correlation to sperm density(r = 0.59, p<0.01), but significantly negatively correlated with ADA activity(r=-0.52. p<0.02).
