摘  要:本文观察了外源性β-内啡肽对大鼠离体黄体细胞孕酮生成的影响及其与细胞外Ca^(++)的关系。结果表明:β-内啡肽具有刺激孕酮生成的作用,在10^(-8)~10^(-8)mol/L间呈剂量一效应关系;10倍摩尔浓度的纳洛酮可阻断β-内啡肽的作用,说明β-内啡肽致孕酮生成作用可能通过特异性的阿片受体介导。实验结果尚表明在无Ca^(++)或戊脉胺阻断Ca^(++)内流的条件下,β-内啡肽无明显促孕酮生成作用。提示:β-内啡肽对黄体细胞的作用依赖于细胞外Ca^(++)。The effect of exogenous β-endorphin on the progesterone secretion of incubated rat luteal cells and its mechanism were investigated. β-endorphin enhanced progesterone secretion in a dose-related manner within the range of 10^(-8)-10^(-6) mol/L. The enhancement was completely prevented in the presence of a tenfold molar excess of naloxone, suggesting that the luteotrophic effect of β-endorphin was mediated by the specific morphine receptor. Verapamil, a blocker of Ca^(++) channel, could block the progesterone increase induced by β-endorphin. Nevertheless, in the Ca^(++)-free medium, the luteotrophic effect of β-endorphin was abolished. It is assumed that β-endorphin is one of the intra-ovarian luteotrophic factors and the luteotrophic action is extracellularly Ca^(++)-dependent.
