摘  要:本实验对输精管吻合育组(VFG),不育组(VIG),输精管结扎组(VG),假手术组(SOG)进行睾丸组织学观察。光镜发现,除SOG外,同一睾丸组织均可见两种不同的病理变化。VFG恢复正常生精过程的曲细精管显著地多于VIG,VIG中被结缔组织包绕的萎缩曲细精管明显地多于VFG;曲细精管的直径、生精上皮厚度、面积与血清睾酮水平呈明显正相关(P<0.05);极度萎缩的曲细精管及其周围可见IgG沉着,生精过程正常的曲细精管为阴性。IgG沉着程度与精子密度呈显著负相关(P<0.01)。31 rabbits were divided into Sham Operation Group (SOG) Vasectomy Group (VG) Vasovasostomy Infertility Group (VIG), and Vasovasostomy Fertility Group (VFG). The results showed that (1) the histological changes of the testes were as follows: the seminiferous tubules that were restored to normal spermatogenesis in VFG were much more numerous than those in VIG, but the atrophied seminiferous tubules in VIG were significantly more numerous than those in VFG, (2) the diameter of seminiferous tubules, the area and thickness of spermatogenesis epithelium were positively correlated with the serum testosterone level (P<0.05). (3) the IgG sediment was found in severely atrophied seminiferous tubules as well as around them, but not in restored normal seminiferous tubules, (4) there was a significant negative correlation between the grades of IgG positive stain and sperm density (P<0.01).
