摘　　要：战后日本金融监管制度为日本经济复兴与快速增长作出了不可磨灭的历史贡献 ,但也存在着种种弊端。金融危机要求日本金融体系再生 ,金融监管制度也要因此重新变革 ,在强调金融体系稳定的同时 ,最大限度地追求效率。日本金融监管制度变革将充分吸收英美模式的优点 ,在机构设置、监管方式等方面进行变迁。变迁后的日本金融体系将以崭新的面目出现 ,企图重新推动日本经济的发展。Financial supervision system plays the key role in one country's financial institution. Japanese financial supervision contributed greatly to its economical rejuvenescence and rapid economical growth after the Second World War, but it had much malpractice at the same time. So it is necessary to reform this system to void financial crisis and promote Japanese economic to grow again. The change will absorb fully excellence of English model and American model from the setting of supervisal institution and supervisal manner. Therefore, the Japanese financial supervision institution will take on a new look after the change and probably improve its efficiency greatly.
