摘　　要：在新经济时代 ,包括保险业的改革创新在内的金融改革创新是社会经济变革的重要组成部分 ,当前以市场化、现代化、全球化为目标 ,对现有的保险制度、保险体系及市场运作机制进行较大规模的变革 ,正在保险业迅速展开 ,而改革的内容则包括保险费率市场化、保险资本市场化、保险运作市场化等三方面。可以说 ,我国保险市场发展新格局伴正伴随着我国新经济时代的来临而发生重大变化。In the time of the new economy,the reforms and innovations in finance including insurance industry are the important parts of the social and economic reform.At present,aimed at market oriented,modernizations and globalization,changes on a lager scale are taking place in the current insurance institution,insurance systen and market operative mechanism.These changes and innovations have sprung up quickly in the insurance industry.The contents of the reform include the market oriented premium rate,market oriented insurance capital and the market oriented insurance operation.Therefore we can say that great changes are taking place in the new pattern of the development of China's insurance market with the coming of the time of the new economy in China.
