摘　　要：N -烷基 - β -氨基丙酸是一种重要的两性表面活性剂 ,它广泛的应用于各种领域 ,可以用多种合成方法制得 ,本文在重点介绍丙烯酸甲酯法、丙烯腈法的同时 。N-Alkyl-β-Aminopropionic acid are a series of very important amphoteric surfactants. They are widely used in many fields. They can be synthesised by several different methods. In this paper, the methyl acrylate and acrylomitrle methods are mainly introduced, and the other processes were also generally described.
