硫酸化蓖麻油清洁生产工艺技术的研究

摘　　要：在浓硫酸用量 5 %～ 7%的条件下 ,对蓖麻油进行硫酸化反应 ,不用盐水洗涤 ,直接中和硫酸化产物 ,并添加少量乳化性良好的表面活性剂 ,辅助硫酸化蓖麻油在水相中的乳化性和分散性。该方法与常规工艺相比 ,生产周期短 ,避免了酸盐水的污染 ,产品对皮革加脂的渗透性和柔软性基本类同 ,但表面油润感较强。这种工艺方法是一种清洁化的硫酸化蓖麻油生产工艺技术路线 。Castor oil is reacted with 5%～7% concentration sulfuric acid (on weight), without being washed with salt water. Then the product is neutralized directly, and a small amount of surfactant with excellent emulsifying property is added into sulfated castor oil to help it emulsify and disperse in water. Comparing with other ways, this method can reduce the production period and avoid the pollution of acid and salt. The properties of this product are the same as the regular ones in penetrability and softness, but the leather fatliquored has better oil feelings. The method is a kind of clean technique in producing sulfated castor oil, and can be applied in sulfating other natural fats and their derivatives.
