摘　　要：介绍采用 PLC 控制2个伺服电机、1个步进电机和三维精密工作台机械传动的自动堆焊机控制系统,实现了三坐标,多道自动堆焊,保证了 S 面精确成型。Curvous plane of train hook is liable to be worn,so it often need to be repaired with welding.It was used to be mended with handmade welding which had very low efficiency and lavished materials while it can be improved with automatic welding.For the machine of automatic welding,the control system is designed.It adopted the control technol- ogy of PLC which is drived by three electromotors and is transmitted by three workbenchs.The Control System can achieve the automatic Welding of curvous plane of train hook.
