摘　　要：针对我国西部地区水电工程开发面临的坝高、流量大、河谷窄等问题,提出了新型的旋流式竖井溢洪道泄洪消能,并通过实验验证,为其结构设计提供了依据.In view of problems of high dam and large discharge and narrow river valley in the course of development of hydraulic engineering in the western part of China,a new tentative idea of dams incorporated with glory hole and vortex room is put forward and through model test,meets design standard.In addition,the idea is characterized by big flood discharge,high energy dissipation,Simple design,less investment,less energy to destroy riverbed and improvement of environment of domain of dam.
