摘  要:目的 探讨研究高原高血压患者24 h平均脉压与血浆内皮素1、一氧化氮的关系。方法 对35例患者均在未服药状态下进行动态血压监测,按24 h平均脉压≤60mmHg,60~69mmHg,70~79mmHg,80~89mmHg,90~99mmHg,≥100mmHg分为6组,同时测定各组的血浆内皮素1、一氧化氮的水平情况。结果 随着24 h平均脉压增高,血浆内皮素1水平增高,而一氧化氮水平降低。结论 高原高血压患者24h平均脉压与血浆内皮素1呈正相关,与一氧化氮水平呈负相关。Objective To investigate the relation between 24 hours average pulse pressure and the serum concentrations of NO and ET -1 in patients with high altitude hypertension. Methods The ambulatory blood pressure monitoring ( ABPM) was performed in thirty-five patients with high altitude hypertension and the 24 hours average pulse pressure (PP) were divided into six groups (≤60,60-69,70-79,80-89,90-99,≥100mmHg).The NO and ET-1 level in serum were measured in all group (35cases). Results The ET-1 level increased as the 24 hours average pulse pressure went up. But the levels of NO who on the contrary(P < 0.01). Conclusion 24 hours average pulse pressure of high altitude hypertension patients had positive correlation with the levels of ET-1. And it had negative correlation with the levels of NO.
