摘　　要：目的 探讨小剂量培哚普利对野战条件下血尿(FCH)的治疗及预防作用。方法 329例患者,男309例,女20例。年龄18～21岁,平均(21.2±11)岁。随机分为两组。培哚普利组165例,培哚普利2mg,1次/d;同时休息;预防者培哚普利2mg,1次/d,演习间歇停服。未用培哚普利组164例,均采用心理和休息进行治疗及预防。两组FCH预防期间均由一线卫生人员进行血压(BP)监测,2次/d。以两组FCH消失、BP正常或演习结束为统计界限。结果 两组临床疗效比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);两组FCH消失后又再次参加演习者培哚普利组FCH再发率显著低于未用培哚普利组(P<0.01),两组均未出现2次以上再发。培哚普利组血压较演习前(≤120/80mmHg)升高(≥120/80mmHg)率明显低于未用培哚普利组(P<0.01);培哚普利组在治疗及预防期间均未发生不良反应。结论 小剂量培哚普利治疗及预防FCH安全、可靠。Objective To discuss the therapeotic and preventive effect of low dose of perindopril on field condition hematuria (FCH) , i. e. the hematuria appearing under the condition of field operations. Methods All of the patients,aging from 18 to 21, were divided into 2 groups, i. e. Group perindopril and Group Non-perindopril at random. 165 patients belonging to group perindopril were administered with 2 mg of perindopril daily, including those who suffered from FCH in the past and had got right just before the war gamee, and the other 164 ones belonging to Group Non-perindopril administered without any drug, except for being given psychotherapy, rest and preventive care. Results There were significant differences in the therapeuic effect between the 2 groups (P < 0.05 ). The FCH recurrence rate of Group Perindopril was clearly lower than that of Group Non-perindoprii, when those from the 2 groups, who attended the war games ther tfteir FCH disappeared, were compared (P < 0.01) , and no recurrence more than twice was found. There was signifiantly lower incidence of blood pressure rise in Group Perindopril than in Group Non-perindopril aftor the war games (P <0.01). No adverse reactions were observed during the periods of therapy and prevenfion. Conclusion it is suggested that low dose of perindopril be safe and reliable for the therapy and prevention of FCH.
