高压氧加丹参注射液联合治疗突发性耳聋的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨高压氧加复方丹参注射液联合治疗突发性耳聋的临床应用价值。方法 A组18例突发性耳聋患者行高压氧加复方丹参注射液联合治疗;B组21例突发性耳聋患者单纯使用复方丹参注射液治疗。结果 A组治愈率25％、显效率50％,总有效率85％均明显优于B组(P<0.05),尤其是显效率有非常显著差异(P<0.01)。结论 高压氧加复方丹参注射液联合治疗突发性耳聋可显著提高其疗效,且对伴有严重耳鸣的重度突聋患者亦有明显疗效。Objective To discuss the clinical value of hypebaric oxygen plus compound radix salviae miltiorrhizae injection in the treatment of sudden hearing ioss. Methods patients suffering sudden hearing loss were diviaed into 2 groups. Group A ( consisting of 18 patients) ,was treated with hyperbaric oxygen plus compound fadix salyiae miltiorrhizae injection, and Group B (consisting oi 21 patients) with compound radix salviae miltiorrhizae injection alone. Results In Group A, the cure rate, the clearly effective rate and the total effective rate were respectively 25% , 50% and 85% , and the clearly effective rate and the total effective rate sjgnifi-cantly higher than that in Group B ( P < 0. 05, P < 0.01). Conclusion It is suggested that hyperbaric oxygen plus compound radix salviae miltiorrhizae injection have a better effect on sudden heafing loss.
