摘　　要：目的 研究高原红细胞增多症患者(HAPC)血液D-二聚体(D-dimer)的变化及其临床意义。方法 选择HAPC患者61例,采集患者空腹静脉血,检测血浆中D-二聚体的含量,并与33例高原健康人作对照研究。结果 HAPC组血浆D-二聚体的含量显著高于正常对照组(P<0.05),且其含量与其病理程度有关。结论 D-二聚体可用于监测高原红细胞增多症患者高凝状态及指导治疗的指标。Objective To investigate the changes of the D-dimer in patients with high altitude polycythemia (HAPC). Methods In the present experiment, mensmated D-dimer ( D-D) in the plasma were studied in 61 cases HAPC patients and 33 healthy cases at highland served as healthy control Results The results showed that the contents of D-D in groups with HAPC were higher than healthy control at highland (P < 0.05 ). Conclusion The study indicated that D-D was a useful index in the patients with HAPC.
