检验科人员防护意识的调查及防护对策

摘　　要：医学科学的发展推动了各项诊疗技术的进步,同时多种潜在的职业危险因素亦随之日益增多,通过对92名在检验科工作的不同年限技护人员防护意识的调查,发现技护人员关注检验结果的准确性,个人防护意识较差,为了提高检验人员的自身安全,对检验科内潜在危险问题按性质分类,并针对性提出安全防护对策。The development of medical science promote the progress of diagnose and test technique, at the same time the occupational dangerous factors become more and more. From the investigation of 92 laboratory personnel with different length of service, we find they pay much less attention to their safety than the accuracy of the test results. To improve the laboratory safety we classify the potential dangerous factors according to their characters and provide countermeasure.
