摘　　要：人民法院的执行难已成为一个热点问题,为社会各界所关注。文章从社会信用、法院体制、执行依据、执行人员及市场风险等几方面分析了产生执行难的原因,从而提出了一些解决执行难的对策。It is no easy work for people's courts to compel enforcement.This popular problem has attracted close atten tion from var-ious circles in the society.Respectively in the aspects of social credit,court system,enforcement basis,enforcing personnel and mar-ket risks,this paper analyses the reasons for difficulties in compelling enforcement and thereby puts forward some available measures to overcome the difficulties.
