摘　　要：随着计算机网络技术的不断发展，人们对网络计费系统的性能提出了更高的要求。本文提出了一种基于容错技术和Web技术的网络计费管理系统的模型，介绍了开发该模型的相关原理和技术，并给出了具体的实现方法。： With the development of computer network technology the perfomance of network accounting management system need to be improved to a higher level． A network accounting management system model based on fault tolerant and Web technologies is proposed in this paper． After the description of the related principles this paper presents the implementation of this network accounting management system model．
