摘　　要：目的　观察 86例经左锁骨下静脉床旁紧急临时心脏起搏的临床效果。方法　在无X线透视下将起搏电极经左锁骨下静脉盲插至右心室。结果　 85例患者左锁骨下静脉穿刺成功 ,顺利将临时起搏导管送至右室 ,1例失败 ;在起搏期间有 8例患者发生电极脱位 ,重新调整后恢复正常 ;经X线透视观察大多数电极位于右室心尖部 ,少数位于右室中部及流出道。s Objective To observe the clinical effects of emergent temporary cardiac pacing through the left subclavian vein beside bed in 86 cases. Methods The pacing electrode was inserted through the left subclavian vein to ventricle without the guidance of roentgenoscopy. Results With only one exception, it was successful in puncturing the left subclavian vein , and the temporary pacing vessel was carried smoothly to ventricle. During the pacing, electrode dislocation occursed to 8 cases, but after being adjusted again, it was recovered. With roentgenoscopy, it was observed that most of the pacing electrodes were located in the tip of ventricle, and a few were in the center of ventricle or the passage of outflow. Concusion The rate of inserting electrode vessel through the left subclavian vein to ventricle to pace without the guidance of roentgenoscopy is quite high.
