精神分裂症分型施治的对照研究

摘　　要：目的　研究精神分裂症中医分型施治的临床疗效。方法　 16 0例患者随机分为治疗组 10 0例 ,对照组6 0例 ;辨证分为五型 ,用阴阳经相配取穴的方法根据疾病的虚实 ,用迎随和徐疾补泻手法 ,治疗组每日注射 1次 ,10次为 1个疗程 ,共治疗 3个疗程 ;用简明精神症状量表 (BPRS)和药物副反应量表 (TESS)评定疗效和副反应。结果　治疗组痊愈率、显效率与对照组有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。BPRS和 TESS量表于每疗程结束后两组评分比较均有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　分型施治能增强治疗的针对性 ,具有见效快、副作用少的特点。Objective To observe the effects of schizophrenia according to Chinese medical classification.Method 160 cases of patients with schizophrenia were classified into 5 types according to symptoms and randomly divided into 2 groups, 100 cases in research group, 60 cases in control group, the research group were treated with anti-psychiatry drug combined with acupuncture point injection of danshen injection, while the control group were treated with anti-psychiatry drug. Both groups were rated with the brief psychiatric rating scale (BPRS) to evaluate the effect and were rated with treatment emergent symptom scale (TESS) to evaluate side effects, and all the patients were followed up for 2 years.Results the BPRS scores were lower,while the TESS scores higher in research groups than those in control group after each treatment period (P<0.05).Conclusion Treatment of schizophrenia patients according to types was with quick effect,less side effects.
