下肢深静脉血栓的治疗体会(附29例报告)

摘　　要：目的　探讨下肢深静脉血栓的治疗方法。方法　对 2 9例下肢深静脉血栓患者进行手术及非手术治疗。手术治疗均采用股静脉切开 ,Fogarty导管近心端静脉取栓 ,远心端采用驱血带驱出股静脉以远静脉内血栓 ;非手术治疗包括溶栓、抗凝、抗聚、穿减压袜等。结果　手术治疗 6例 ,共 7条下肢 ;非手术治疗 2 3例。其中手术治疗的 6例中 ,治愈 2例 ,好转 3例 ,无效 1例。非手术治愈 6例 ,好转 14例 ,无效 2例 ,死亡 1例 ,死亡原因为肺梗塞导致循环呼吸衰竭。Objective To study treatment ways of deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremity (DVT). Methods Surgical treatment or non-operation management were cavried out in 29 patients withDVT. (1) Operationways: opening femoral vein and taking out thrombosis from proximal with Fogaty catheter and taking out thrombosis from distal with driving blood band; (2) Non-operation treatment: Including anticoagulant and antiplateletand wearing forced socks and so on. Results Among 6 patients ofsurgical treatment including 7 lower legs, 2 patients were cured, 3 patients underwent pharmacotherapy and 1 patient was invalid. 23 patients of non-operation treatment: 6 patients were cured; 14 patients underwent pharmacotherapy and 2 patients were invalid and 1 patient died, death reason was due to respiration exhaustion and circular failure by pulmonary embolism. Conclusion General managment should be performed treating deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremity.
