摘　　要：目的 了解昆明市家栖鼠对第一代抗凝血灭鼠剂的抗药性状况。方法 按全国统一的抗药性实验方法。结果 褐家鼠平均致死剂量为13.63 mh/kg,平均致死天数4.93 d,黄胸鼠平均致死剂量为181.99 mg/kg,平均致死天数5.46 d,抗性个体褐家鼠、黄胸鼠各1只。结论 昆明市家鼠对第一代抗凝血灭鼠剂仍然敏感。Objective To study the resistance of Rattus to the first generation anticoagulant rodenticides in Kunming.Methods Testing method as national stipulation. Results The average lethal doses of Rattus norvegicus and R. flavipectus were 13.63 mg/kg and 181.99 mg/kg respectively,the average lethal time of two sorts of rodents were 4.93 days and 5.46 days. Conclusion It showed that the first generation anticoagulant had high sensitivity against Rattus in Kunming of Yunnan province.
