丹参注射液对Ⅱ型糖尿病患者血小板膜糖蛋白表达的作用

摘　　要：目的 :观察丹参注射液对Ⅱ型糖尿病患者血小板膜糖蛋白表达及纤维蛋白原结合的影响。方法 :用流式细胞仪观察 82例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者 (有血管病变者 4 5例 ,无血管病变者 37例 )及 30例健康人血小板膜P 选择素 ,糖蛋白 (GP)Ⅱb Ⅲa复合物 ,GPⅠb、GPⅡb、GPⅢa纤维蛋白原表达改变及丹参注射液对其影响。结果 :血小板膜P选择素 ,纤维蛋白原结合及GPⅡb Ⅲa的表达在糖尿病患者伴血管病变者明显高于无血管病变者及正常对照 ,伴血管病变组的GPⅠb低于无血管病变组与对照组 ,GPⅢa在三组间比较均无显著性差异。丹参注射液能有效地改善P选择素的表达 ,与纤维蛋白原结合的荧光阳性血小板百分率下降 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :丹参注射液能有效地降低血小板活化度 。Objective: To investigate the effect of Danshen Injection on platelet membrane glycoprotein expression and fibrinogen binding in patients with type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus (DM) Methods:82 patients and 30 normal individuals were enrolled into this study Platelet glycoprotein (GP) Ⅰb, Gp Ⅱb, GPⅢa, GPⅡb Ⅲa complex and p selectin expression as well as fibrinogen binding were analyzed by flowcytomery Results: The platelet membrane GPⅡ b Ⅲa complex, p selectin expression and fibrinogen binding were higher in patients with vascular diseases than those of normal subjects and the patients without vascular dieases Platelet surface GP Ⅰb expression in patients with vascular diseases was lower than the other two groups On the other hand, the GP Ⅱb and GPⅢa were not significantly changed There was no difference between the patients without vascular disease and the normal Danshen Injection may improve above mentioned the marks Conclusion : Dan Shen Injection may reduce the activity of platelet membrane glycoproteins and improve the vascular disease
