摘　　要：临床路径为住院诊疗实时控制提供了较为理想的条件。本研究在医疗质量实时控制的总体框架下,对住院诊疗实时控制临床路径的应用进行了探索与实践。研究中,运用持续质量改进、过程管理、时间管理等理论为临床路径的开发与管理建立具体的方法。结合国内医院管理实际,建立医疗质量实时控制临床路径管理模式与临床路径管理体系,并形成了管理规范。同时,本研究在医疗质量实时控制中首次将临床路径应用于住院诊疗过程管理中,并取得了显著的效果。Clinical pathways provide a fairly ideal condition for the real-time control of inpatient care. The present study explores the application of clinical pathways in the real-time control of inpatient care under the overall framework of the real-time control of medical quality. It made use of such theories as continuous quality improvement, process control and time management to work out specific methods for the development and control of clinical pathways, and, in light of the actual situation of domestic hospital management, formulated a management model and a management system of clinical pathways for the real-time control of medical quality. Standards for management were also set up. At the same time, the study reports the first application of clinical pathways in the real-time control of medical quality to the process control of inpatient care with marked results.
