摘  要:目的 探讨血糖和C反应蛋白 (CRP)在全身炎症反应综合征 (SIRS)中的改变以及与多器官功能不全综合征 (MODS)的关系。方法 选择 6 0例肺炎合并SIRS患儿分为S1组和S2 组 ,分别在不同阶段测定血糖和CRP ,同时选择非SIRS的肺炎患儿 70例和正常健康儿童 2 0例作为对照组 ,观察血糖和CRP的变化及对MODS发生率的影响。结果 SIRS、非SIRS组和对照组 3组儿童血糖、CRP的含量间差别均有显著性意义 (P <0 0 1) ;S1组患儿于病程各阶段测得的血糖、CRP的含量间差别均有显著性意义 (P <0 0 1) ,而S2 组于各阶段测得的血糖、CRP的含量间差别均无显著性意义 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 血糖和CRP的联合检测有助于准确评估SIRS时病情的危重度 ;血糖和CRP持续性显著升高 。Objective To explore the changing of blood glucose and serum c-reactive protein(CRP) during systemic inflammatory responsing syndrome(SIRS) and the relationship between the multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(MODS).Methods 60 pneumonic children with SIRS were chosen to measure blood glucose and CRP respectively in the different stages,these children were divided into two groups (S 1 and S 2).Meanwhile,70 pneumonia without SIRS and 20 normal healthy children were chosen to compare as the control groups.Observe the changing of blood glueose and CRP,and the effection to MODS mobidity.Results There were significant differences in blood levels of glucose and CRP among three groups(P<0.01);there were significant difference in blood levels of glucose and CRP among every stages of S 1(P<0.01),but there was no significant difference among every stages of S 2(P>0.05).Conclusion The measuring for blood glucose and CRP is helpful to evaluate the patients with SIRS.The blood glucese and CRP get higher continually.This finding might giving us prevention and measurement for MODS.
