摘　　要：用高效液相色谱法测定美洛昔康中可能存在的 5种杂质含量。采用 Inertsil ODS- 2色谱柱 ,0 .1%磷酸二氢钾(稀 Na OH溶液调至 p H6 .0 ) -甲醇溶液为流动相梯度洗脱 ,柱温 4 5℃ ,检测波长 35 0 nm和 2 6 0 nm。A HPLC method with a linear gradient elution for determination of the five related substances in meloxicam was established. An Inertsil ODS-2 column was used with the mobile phase of 0.1% methanolic potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution (adjusted to pH 6.0 with dilute sodium hydroxide solution). The detection wavelengths were 260 nm and 350 nm , at column temperature of 45 ℃ .
