棘腹蛙(Rana boulengeri Günther)幼蛙人工试养的研究

摘　　要：报道了湘西地区棘腹蛙（Ｒ．ｂｏｕＬｅｎｇｅｒｉ　Ｇ．）幼蛙人工试养的研究，结果表明：各龄幼蛙的日食量平均为体重的３．０７％，饵料系数随着年龄增加而加大，平均为３．６６；试验中幼蛙的年龄与饲养密度对其体重的增长及成活率的影响明显；不同饲养密度的幼蛙成活率为７７．５０％～１００％；刚变态的幼蛙体长平均为１．９８厘米，体重平均为０．９５克；经过两周年饲养，体重平均为２０．５０克，体长平均为５．８１厘米，体长与体重的增长曲线呈“Ｓ”型。This article dealed with the artificial bree ding of the youngster R.boulengeri G. in the western area of Hunan Province.T he daily feeding by youngster of all ages averaged 3.07% of their body weight,th e forage coefficient was increasing with the growth of their ages,and its mean v alue was 3.66.The influence of youngster age and density on their survival rate and the growth of their body weight were significant in experiment.The survival rate of the different density of youngster was 77.50%～100%.The length and body weight of the youngster averaged 1.98cm and 0.95g respectively while metamorphos is.Two years later,their body length and body weight were 5.81cm and 20.50g resp ectively,and the growth curve of their body weight and body length was 'S' shape.
