摘　　要：提出尽早实现中医护理诊断规范化、系统化的原则与思路 ,其中包括中医护理诊断理论的形成必须以中医基础理论为指导 ,以四诊为手段 ;中医护理诊断的确立必须体现辨证施护的原则性 ,并且有利于中医护理措施的应用与发挥 ;中医护理诊断必须体现心理护理乃至整体护理的内容。This artical raised the principle and thought for standardization and systemization of traditional Chinese medical nursing and diagnosis.Main contents are as follows.The theory of traditional Chinese medical nursing and diagnosis must be formed on the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine and using the four traditional Chinese medical diagnosing method.The theory must reflect the principle of nursing and treatment on the basis of the overall analysis of the illness and the patient's conditions,and it should be favorable to the traditional Chinese nursing methods.The theory must think of the psychological nursing.
